Its good to have at least 2 liters of water every day. It helps to purify our blood and allow for proper digestion. Normally we drink too much of tea, coffee, soda, etc which prompts the body to lose water. So its compulsory to consume at least 2 liters of water a day. Its keeps us very healthy and strong. Human body is also called as water body because 2/3rd of our body weight is water weight. Drinking at least 5 glasses of water keeps yours heart very healthy.
